I am a freelance medical writer that specializes in educational pieces for health care professionals, pharmaceutical sales training material, online articles, CME needs analyses, slide presentations, and more. I earned my Master of Science in immunology at the University of Toronto and the Ontario Cancer Institute. I worked as a research scientist at the Ontario Cancer Institute, Connaught Laboratories (now Aventis Pasteur) and Hoffmann-La Roche. I have moderated several roundtable discussions at the AMWA-DVC freelance workshops and at the AMWA national meeting. I have given presentations at the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) national meeting as well as the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (ACEHP) national meeting. I have given webinars as well as training presentations to global publication leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.
